«We had an amazing stay at Excellence Oyster Bay. The food was absolutely phenomenal and the service was outstanding from start to finish. A special shoutout to D’Andre, our waiter, who truly went above and beyond to meet all of our needs — he was such a joy and made our experience even more memorable. «The staff was amazing! Henry at the excellence bar, Adrian at the Gusto restaurant and Mary at the sunset swim up bar were all fantastic! The rooms were cleaned every day. From everyone at the welcome desk that unloaded our luggage to the gentleman that showed us around the resort to all the workers on the beach they were all accommodating. »
