«We had a great stay overall. The place was very clean, spacious, and in a really good location. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made a big difference.
One of the best parts was having access to both beach and pool chairs, such a nice perk because we didn’t feel the need to go to beach clubs since everything we needed was already there. «Responsive host accommodated our late arrival. Very clean place with a nice view and has all of the amenities you need. We loved the nice shower with nice water pressure and heat! Pretty close to Ceiba, a bit of a distance from the ferry, so make sure to rent a car or get a taxi. Gated community, and it was quiet!»

«We loved our week at the Villa. The villa was clean and comfortable and had absolutely everything you could need or want.
The view from the lanai was incredible and we were literally steps from the sand. The villa is located at the north end of the island which was very convenient to restaurants and groceries yet was very quiet.
We loved everything about it and can't wait to go back!»

«Well maintained property with almost everyting at a walking distance. Checking method and communication on the weekend could be better, but overall I would highly recommend Residancial plaza colonial to anybody who wants to enjoy the vibes of the city.»
