«Great team of staff. I requested to check in early and front desk staff were so sweet and allowed me to have my room 3 hours before 3pm. Amazing hotel. Nice breakfast. It was not fancy but the quality was exellent. Super close to the Met train station. All and all. I was very pleased.»

«We were so pleased! The beds were very comfortable and the staff did quite a good job cleaning each day. Location was good for visiting Chicago...about a 30 minute drive. There were restaurants and drug store close by, and gas was cheaper than in the city. Highly recommend!»

«All of our billing was messed up and our credit card had charges in duplicate and worse. I tried three times to fix withstaff, very dumb. Then I spoke withsupposed manager. We could not wait to leave, on the road nd manager not in. We told them we would cancel all billing with credit card by 12 noon. At 11:50 am I finally spoke with manager after three additional call. He said his name was Bobi. HE said corrections would be made but they still have not.»

«Excellent hotel to stay at. Right off the expressway. Staff was helpful. Room was very clean. Newer flat screen tv. Comfortable mattress. Breakfast was excellent. Only reason it’s not a 5 star is because the pool is a little small.»

«Staff are very friendly. The facility needs to be updated. Broken furniture in the rooms. Bathroom needs updating. Fortunately they were having the carpets, furniture and window treatments cleaned as we were checking out. Great location.»
