Hoteller nær Orland Park Sportsplex

«Rent rom. Ren seng. Godt og behagelig sengetøy! Siste stopp før lang reise hjem over Atlanteren. Fikk hvilt godt på rent rom! Rent bad og håndklær. Kommer nok tilbake om i området. Fin dekor, bilder på vegg. »

«Good hotel, good service, great beds and fluffy towels. The lack of information about the hotel/casinp in the room was unusual. Nothing regarding restaurants, where things are located and so on. There was only one place to get food, which was fine for us but if we wanted like a restaurant we would have had to leave the property. The icemaker on our floor didnt work and the fridge in our room actually halfway froze a sandwich i up in there for the night. »

«Very disappointed they would not honor a Mariott gift card. did not receive an invoice when checking out and have not received an email of invoice as promised. Tried calling the hotel directly and the phone numbers listed do not connect with the hotel. Instead go to a service that indicates that the number is not set up to receive "unauthorized" calls. So, how do you call a manager of that Mariott property?»

«I appreciate the cleanliness and modernization of the hotel and the rooms. The pricing is also very reasonable. The exercise equipment in the room is an added bonus. The only drawback is they don’t include breakfast. That’s not a dealbreaker for me, they have a restaurant on premises and there are plenty of places nearby to eat. This is my second time staying at the property. I hope they maintain the standard. A lot of hotels I have been do not adhere to the standard of cleanliness.»

«The key cards the attendant gave us didn’t work. Went back downstairs, she seemed annoyed & but gave us new ones. Still didn’t work so she came upstairs and used the master key to get in only to find out the room was occupied. She confronted the person in the room, then went downstairs to figure out what was going on. The guy came out while we were waiting & said some other guy came & tried to get in the room also. She came back up and put us in a different room.»

«Great, safe location. Staff was friendly and room was very clean. I would stay there again.»

«The biggest problem was that our room had a sewer smell coming from the shower, drain. It was almost overwhelming. That room should not be used until that problem is fixed.»

«We got the room with the jetted tub and it was amazing. The tub and mirror were very clean along with the rest of the room and hotel. Everything was in working order and they were even renovating to make it nicer. Staff was amazing to us and very helpful with everything we needed. Breakfast was very good and the outside of the property was very nice. Would definitely go again!!!!»
