Daytona Beach Shores at its BEST the SANIBEL CONDO offers the best location of the beach. The No Drive beach on one side, less stressful for families with children. *One of the newest condos on the beach completed 2007-08 with a Gym fitness room and club room just renovated which includes a pool table and place to hang out. Pool area just re opened after a 1.7 million dollar renovation (it doubled in sitting area)

Last condo right next door to the "No Traffic" beach area. Assigned Underground parking with opener provided with parking pass, available overflow parking upstairs (MAX 2 cars per unit). Exercise room and pool table available on main floor in the Club room with outdoor cooking grills. After renting in the building 8 times we decided to buy our own unit. Once you visit you will fall in love and make it a yearly tradition like my family and friends do.
Over flow and trailer parking is available at a storage unit safe and permitted (at additional cost). Save the stress, we have taken care of everything.
