«We were very pleased with the location and ease of check-in. It was perfect for us! The only issue was the cleanliness. The floors behind the bathroom doors and the corners of the bathroom were very dirty. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.»

«This is the perfect condo with ocean front beach, heated pool, basketball and tennis courts, excellent restaurants. Kim treats her guests just like family. She is exceptionally respectful, kind, responsive. The amenities is the condo are wonderful for all family ages. Our daughter’s families visited. The rest of time was wonderful for just my husband and me.»

«Condo was exactly as described and pictured in the listing. The kitchen was fully stocked as listed also. The bunk beds in the room with the queen bed make for a perfect, convenient and comfortable family stay. The owner was very quick to send any needed info. Would recommend if going to Daytona Beach Shores.»

«I've stayed at many condos in the same building, and this condo is leaps and bounds above every other condo we stayed in. Starting with the easy check in process, everything about our stay was perfect. The condo is immaculate and clearly maintained by an owner that cares about their property. I won't stay anywhere else when I'm in Daytona!»

«Can't beat the view from the living room and bedroom. Floor-to-ceiling windows in both. We took stunning sunrise photos from the balcony. Two large bedrooms and two full baths were very convenient.Steps away from the beach for a relaxing stroll. We already look forward to our next visit.»

«The location was very convenient and allowed easy access to the beach. The views from the balcony were breathtaking and the condo provided all that you would need while there. The host was easy to communicate with and quick to respond when we contacted him.»

«The home was nicely decorated and comfortable. Private laundry- this room kind of dirty. Lots of random beach things stored here as well. This space needs some attention. No dish towels (1) or pot holders. No dishes for a toddler to use. Otherwise, met our needs well. Great location.»

«This property is right on the beach on the 6th floor with spectacular beach views. The master bedroom and living room have doors out to the balcony with comfortable seating. The apartment has an adjacent laundry area. While convenient, the property could use some upgrades- and the walk-in shower had mold behind the door. The metal plate on the main door was loose and the doors to the laundry room had broken slats. We liked the stay, but hope the property owners work to upgrade this ...

«Whether you were in the bedroom or living area you could see the ocean!! The condo was very clean and had everything you need for your stay. The pool is heated and very comfortable for night swims. I would definitely stay at this condo again!»

«We loved staying here. It took some getting used to not being able to take our beach toys and surfboard into the condo. Luckily, our vehicle is large enough for the surfboard to fit inside it.»
