Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This 2 bed, 2 bath condo has relaxation all around.Located at the Ashley, enjoy the beautiful pool overlooking the ocean, sauna and indoor pool. The balcony covers the intercostal and the ocean. Enjoy cocktails and watch the sun set and your worries drift away. Located in Daytona beach shores, minutes from publix, putt putt and multiple restaurants.
2 bed 2 bath condo, building is directly on the ocean with parking (sorry, no trailers/boats/rvs). Outdoor pool overlooks the beach.

We work really hard to keep the unit fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay. We are fun and laid back company and our owners only want to host others that are also fun or laid back. We have done everything we can think of to make this unit an awesome beach retreat and we want you to have the best time ever but we`d love to hear your suggestions, too.
Smoking: We take this very seriously. We don`t care what you smoke, just go outside to do it. We don`t mess around with this, you will lose your deposit and incur damage fees for us having to have everything (curtains, furniture, etc) cleaned if you smoke anything in the house or if you smoke near doors or windows and the smoke smell gets in the house. It`s a non-negotiable so please just go outdoors to smoke and away from the doors. It`s Florida so being outside enjoying the sunshine or watching one of our amazing storms can be fun!
Important: Everyone at our company (staff and owners) really loves helping people make great vacation memories. We are human and travel too, and we try to look for the good not the bad when vacationing. The point of telling you that is that this is an awesome unit and we work really hard on it, but things can and will happen. We don`t know when the microwave will break (if it does we will replace it) or if a Florida palmetto bug will sneak in the house (we are located in Florida which is a jungle..the unit is treated for pests but sometimes they will sneak in and there is nothing we can do about it). Every unit is professionally cleaned prior to check-in but if our cleaners miss something just give us a call and we will send them right back out to fix it. If things like that would bother you, then we may not be the place for you. These are things that we have experienced as well at vacation rentals while travelling and we roll with the punches and have fun. We are not in this business to be a hotel, we have a fun place for guests to stay with friends and family that is fairly priced.. if you are uptight or looking for perfection we aren`t the place for you. If you are ready for fun in the sun with friends and family, adorable decor and a management company that will respond if you do happen to have any issues...book away and get ready to vacay! We`ve been doing this awhile and are just over uptight people that look for reasons to complain when they should be enjoying their beach vacation. We can`t wait to welcome fun and happy people to our beach town.
Insurance/Damage Coverage: We don`t take a damage deposit but instead provide Waivo coverage so if something gets damaged during your stay it`s covered up to $2500. Price is already included in booking so there is no extra fee. I. AGREEMENT On behalf of Salty Dog Vacations, LLC, the party authorized to rent the vacation rental property and the owner of the vacation rental property, Waivo has assumed the responsibility for damages as outlined below and waives Your security deposit up to $2,500, the waiver limit purchased by You, the renter, for your stay at the vacation rental property. Waivo is hereby responsible for theft or direct damage to real or personal property of the vacation rental property as a result of Your acts or omissions. Waivo will pay the lesser of the cost of repairs or the cost to replace the property up to $2,500. This waiver does not negate your responsibilities as a renter for items outside of Waivo’s responsibilities. This is not an agreement to provide insurance. You are buying a waiver of the security deposit otherwise due as part of Your vacation rental property lease agreement. II. EXCLUSIONS This Security Deposit Waiver will not pay for damages or theft resulting from: 1. Acts of God 2. Prior damage, cosmetic damage, or normal wear and tear 3. Theft without a valid police report if over $250 4. Loss of use of the vacation rental property 5. Rodent, termite, infestation, or wild animal 6. Damage to a motorized vehicle 7. Fine art, collectibles, or sets of items This Waiver will not pay for damage or theft of property owned by You. This Waiver will not pay for costs associated with odor, debris removal, backups of sewers and drains, landscaping, marring, maintenance, or mechanical breakdown. III. CONDITIONS Waivo has the sole authority to determine the nature and extent of damages, necessary repairs, and eligibility for the waiver, and shall exercise that authority in a reasonable manner. Waivo reserves the right to determine if damage is eligible for reimbursement at actual cash value. This Waiver will pay for excessive cleaning, as a direct result of damage, over and above the normal cleaning fee. An irreparable stain or spillage is considered damage. This Waiver is only effective for a one-time single continuous stay, of up to 90 days, for which You purchased the Waiver. It takes effect when You occupy the vacation rental property and terminates when You depart the same vacation rental property. This Waiver is only effective if any theft or damage is reported to Waivo by You, the property manager, the online travel agent or the owner of the vacation rental property within 14 days of Your departure from the vacation rental property. Waivo will not respond to damage or theft under $50 US dollars. If there is a dispute related to these terms, mediation is required before any party may file litigation. In the event of litigation, all parties waive the right to a jury trial. IV. DEFINITIONS You, or Your, is the renter of the vacation rental property and includes the renter’s spouse, children and any other person the renter invited on to the vacation rental property during your stay at the vacation rental property. Condos unfortunately do not allow any trailer parking. Vacation Rental Terms and Conditions SECURITY DEPOSIT. In lieu of a security deposit, at the time of the booking, guest shall be required to purchase rental coverage for the duration of their stay. The guest is held financially responsible for damages to the Rental Property, whether made by themselves, their family, and another guest in their group or invitee. POSSESSION. Guest shall be entitled to possession on the first day of the term of the booking at 3pm (condos) 4pm (houses), and shall yield possession to Manager on the last day of the term of this Booking at 10am, unless otherwise agreed by both parties in writing and early check-in or late check-out fee paid. At the expiration of the booking, guest shall remove its goods and effects and peaceably yield up the Premises to manager in as good a condition as when delivered to guest. MINIMUM STAY. The guest will be required to pay for the booked dates. Guests wishing to extend their stay may do so by contacting the Manager and paying additional fees if the unit is available for extension and the guest has abided by all rules. USE OF PREMISES/ABSENCES. Guest shall occupy and use the Premises as a dwelling unit. Guest shall notify Manager of any anticipated extended absence from the Premises not later than the first day of the extended absence. Guest will maintain the premises in good order and appearance including keeping the premises free of trash and garbage. Reasonable wear and tear are the only exceptions to damage to the premises. Booking guest agrees to be the primary occupant of the dwelling during the entire period of the rental. Guest may not use the premise for commercial or event purposes. No commercial photography or filming is allowed on the property. Guests booking units that may allow small weddings or similar must notify Manager upon booking, pay additional fees and disclose all requested information to Manager. In the event a guest hosts an agreed up event but does not give accurate information as to the time of the event, number of guests or type of event, booking will be cancelled and guests immediately evicted. Any agreed upon event must be paid no less than 7 days prior to event. Manager has the right to deny any event request for any reason. Guests may not hang towels over outdoor railings, erect tents or banners or do anything else to make property look less appealing to neighbors. Guest agrees to lock all doors and windows when they are not at the property. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Guest agrees to adhere to all guidance from the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) on COVID-19 and any local and state regulations. Local and state regulations can be found on the local public health department website. OCCUPANTS. No more than the number of person(s) entered in the booking may occupy the Premises at any one time unless the prior written consent of the Manager is obtained. All guests over the age of 2 are counted towards the maximum. Any party falsely representing the number of people, or exceeding the maximum may be subject to immediate eviction without refund. All guests over the age of 15 will be required to provide a copy of a government issued ID. For properties that allow pets, pets are only allowed if approved by Manager. All pets must be disclosed to Manager within 24 hours of booking, or if booking is less than 24 hours from booking time then at the time of booking. Guest must pay any required pet fees no less than 7 days prior to reservation start.
