There shouldn’t be broken light fixtures that are taped, electrical tape around the wall, hard water buildup on the shower head, mold/mildew in the shower, dusty fans/lighting fixtures/AC vents, non-working TV in the bedroom (documented by previous guests in the guest book), mold/built up dust in the corners, and unpatched holes in the wall.»

«This had to be the most stress-free solo trip I've ever made. Everything was just as shown and the check-in/check-out instructions were so easy! I LOVED having on site parking and a short pleasant walk to the beach because finding parking on Tybee can be such a hassle! This property was beautiful, smelled so fresh and clean, the bed linens were beautiful, and that huge shaded balcony was fantastic!! I'd love to stay here again!»

«We had a great stay! We live in Savannah and experienced an unexpected power outage for a few days. We are a family of 5 including 3 young boys (9,7,3) and needed a comfortable place close to our house to be able to continue on with work and life AND THAT HAS AIR CONDITIONER! Well, the air conditioner works wonderfully (and is in fact brand new!). The boys think they are on vacation and haven't skipped a beat. The view is beautiful and the area feels really safe. «This is a small yet spacious listing. It is great for 2 people. We found it to be very comfortable and laid out well. AC and fans were available to keep things cool (we had heat advisories) so it was a pleasant stay. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils, pans and dinnerware, etc. Even a Keurig with a couple Keurig cups to get us started. It's an easy walk to the beach and we love that beach chairs are provided. We did not have a car, yet Coligny Park and Plaza were just a 15 minute walk away ...
