«Did not find front desk people friendly. They seemed put out when we called to see if we could check in an hour early and said they'd call if we could but never did. I don't mind being told no, I can understand a policy where they don't allow early check in but just let us know. When we went to the front desk to ask for more towels, the person behind the desk said, didn't your room have towels? They did, of course but then we showered and needed two more towels. (The rooms aren't serviced or ...

«Great location overlooking the water, up high on a cliff - with a fire pit facing the ocean. A very kind & helpful general manager (excellent,in fact!) and a great night manager. Kudos to all the staff & a nice popular property for summertime along the coast of Oregon!»

«The customer service from everyone who works at this hotel is stellar! The location is impossible to beat and the balcony overlooking the ocean and the fireplace in the room were icing on the cake. We will be back!»

«The room was clean, and the view was absolutely to die for! Unfortunately, there were a few things that took away from our overall experience. Families allowed their children to run up and down the stairs at all hours of the day and night, which was disruptive and made it difficult to enjoy a peaceful stay. The continental breakfast was also disappointing, as it consisted mainly of packaged foods that guests could take back to their rooms to warm up. In our opinion, this wasn't what we expected ...

«We stayed in a one bedroom king on the top floor. The bed was comfortable. The bedroom lighting was very dim and we had to use our phone flashlights to see properly in there. The main room was thoughtfully decorated and comfortable. My only gripe about it was a lack of dining table and chairs or really any solid surface to set things on so eating takeout and enjoying a beverage was really awkward - adding a dining area or even just a couple of TV trays would have made this an ideal stay. «Perfect getaway, double headed shower, water never going cold, jetted tub, short drive to everywhere! Will be visiting soon again»

«Rommet var bra. Et stort minus var at det var ikke AC. På sommeren med rom mot ettermiddagssol blir det varmt..»

«There was a weird smell from the cleaner that was used. Gray sheets and towels was a little strange, im not sure how they can be sanitized. The room was clean, small but had everything we need and the price was great.»

«Last minute reservation for what I thought was going to be a really spectacular room. Checking in was easy and the front desk gal was AWESOME and SO nice. However, I was VERY disappointed in our room. We booked the ocean view king room with a deck and private hottub. There was no deck area to watch the ocean as it was taken up by the hottub. The only area to view was from inside the room or in the hot tub. Our room literally sat right next to the public viewing deck for the entire hotel as well ...

«Helt grei overnatting for en natt. Det var ganske kaldt på rommet, og bare et tynt teppe. »

«Hot tub was great! Only drawback was the inability to see the ocean from the bed.»

«This is a lovely little hotel. You can tell it's been in operation for many years but it is very well cared for. The staff was extremely helpful and kind and the desk clerk even recognized us and said hello when we were downtown. This will be our go to spot when we stay in Depoe Bay from now on!»
