A rental option such as the Sojourn appears to comtemplate affording users the option to eat breakfast “in” and a toaster would enhance the experience. «I received check in instructions via e-email. I booked thru Orbitz. Found the property, no problem. Studio entrance was around the back. Unit was exactly as pictured- no surprises. Clean, comfortable, other renters were very quiet. My husband and I walked each morning- Mary Hall Park nearby. Close to freeway to get where we were going. We enjoyed coffee each morning in small seating area outside the front door. I did not need to contact property owner for anything. I would recommend this unit ...

«If you are visiting Rapid City or planning a vacation to the Black Hills area, this place is well located with many area attractions and monuments within a drive of 45 minute drive or (usually) less. The rooms are more than adequate. The only concern I noticed was that nearly all kitchen ware needed a good cleaning before use and some of the plates, bowls and coffee cups were worn and had chipping. Otherwise, you have everything you need to eat in or warm up leftovers from eating out. »

«Property as described. Noise from highway during daylight working hours as we had read about prior to going. Location excellent. Very close, in downtown area. All within walking distance. Clean and everything we needed right there which is much appreciated. Mattress on bed could be upgraded. A bit hard. Great communication with owner. Code to enter the door only worked once. We used the key in the lock box after that. Thank you for the great place to stay! »

«This is an old home that has been divided into 3-4 different units. Renovated and Very cool. Great location. We never knew if anyone was in the other units, but this one was perfect for us. Walking distance to everything including the Monument. Loved it. To be noted, as with other reviews, no ice maker and very small fridge. Bring ice and a cooler. Beds are super comfortable and you might bring a noise maker for street traffic and creaky floors. Book it, you'll love it. »
