«Nice little place. Good location, great big yard and very quiet. Short walk to the beach and shop. Rear covered patio is nice. Bathroom would benefit from a bit of work. Bath and shower need resurfacing and toilet seat looks ancient. A bit more attention to cleaning under beds and lounges is needed. Overall well equipped and comfortable.»

«I clean house pet friendly a bit cold in winter overnight needed another heater for the hallway and the bedrooms. Other than that everything was there that you needed to retain the dog in the yard a little bit of improvement around the bottom edges of the fencing as there were some gaps where a small dog could escape.»
