«Got there really early, some time around 7pm. Check-in was at 2pm, but the staff found us another room that was availible, though a bit more expensive. Super standard, really nice room and comfy bed. We sleps like babies! The bathroom had a see-through glass wall and the shower had plenty warm water, unlike a lot other places. »

«Fra første stund jeg kom ble jeg møtt med vennlighet. Kaken jeg fikk ved ankomst var supergod og saftig. Det var rask innsjekking, og trainee Daria som tok i mot meg var kjempesøt! Veldig flink og ordentlig. Frokosten var bra, godt utvalg og herlig at man kunne bestille fra meny. Denne maten var både fersk og velsmakende. De ansatte på restauranten sørget nesten litt for mye for at jeg hadde alt jeg trengte, hehe. Det eneste minuset jeg har er at rommet mitt ikke hadde vindu der man faktisk så ...

«Great stay in an excellent hotel in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. Nice, spacious and comfy rooms. Very good breakfast also careful about gluten allergy food. The staff was really really attentive to us as guests, quickly the staff remembered the namea of all four family members and gave us very good recommendations on where to eat and what to do. Very very helpful and service minded staff. Definitely a hotel we can recommend in the heart of Hanoi»
