«I’ve never written a review for a hotel, but by chance someone is saved from being fooled by the 200+ positive reviews that HAVE to have been bought, here it is. This property is disgustingly dirty and atrociously dilapidated. The pictures you see on the listing are absolutely NOT accurate. The halls are filthy, doors with chips and dents all over. Carpet had holes and there are holes in the walls of the hallway. Paint is peeling everywhere. Our room had two large brown stains from a leak ...

«Pleasant place for a quick stay while visiting Knoxville. Close to food options and fun activities nearby.»

«Had one lovely evening together watching stars outside balcony area overlooking pool deck below us while sipping drinks bought from bar inside afterward earlier just shortly beforehand entering back inside later eventually still afterwards return back later onward though all cozy relaxed feelings built up nicely then accordingly directly after anyway too surely!»

«Breakfast included fresh fruits that we enjoyed every morning before heading out, so it became a part of our daily routine while staying here,it really added value!»

«WiFi connection held strong, making it easy to catch up on work while away from home. The table and desk in-room helped get things done efficiently.»

«Clean apartment. Slept like a baby! Easy check in and out! Right in the middle of town and close to Tanner's and MoCo Brewing Co.»

«Be warned, this property is falsely ranked as a 10 and is an Expedia recommendation but the hotel is horribly maintained and disgusting. Had we not arrived at 2am we would not have stayed. Lobby has water leaks in sealing and no elevator, Our room had cigarette burns and tears in the bedding, stains on all the pillows, lamp shades were busted, mold in the shower, bathroom was torn up like an animal was left inside, sink had not stopper and water pressure/fossette was so bad it sprayed ...

«This is such a lovely property - spacious, clean, tastefully decorated and very functional. I had everything I needed and the location is great. Right at the edge of the UT campus within walking distance to numerous restaurants, etc. The hosts were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. I ended up having to extend my trip and had to change to another one of their units in the building and they made the transition very easy for me. I will definitely be staying here again!»

«Fantastic in every way. Interestingly quirky without being weird. Quiet. Great lighting. Convenient parking.»

«I never stayed at the room. Between verbo and this hotel my trip was so beyond ruined that I left early to come home. I will never recommend verbo or that hotel. Verbo was the worst experience ever. I have my bank foing an investigation since I had to contest the charges since verbo could not reach the host to help with changes or canceling and the host was completely un reachable.»

«Good location. Plenty of food choices close.»

«Perfect size and layout for us for a long weekend. Location is right in downtown so there's so many things in walking distance. From restaurants to beautiful parks and the summer time farmers market is just down the street.Would definitely stay here again.»

«The room was very clean and quiet. I had no issues with the building. I did not feel the area was really very safe for walking to some of the nearby breweries and restaurants. However, it was not a big deal for me to drive to those places.»
