«We stayed in the Lavender Cottage for two nights on a weekend away. The cottage is situated at a short distance from the Southwell Minster and village shops. Southwell itself is quite a compact and cute little village. The cottage is really well presented, clean and well equipped. The host, Rebecca, left us a hamper with bread, juice, milk etc. Everything was very clean and tidy. We had two cozy nights in there and the log fire was a great addition to the lovely relaxing feel the cottage has. ...

«Beds comfortable plenty of space and great location. Lovely Thai restaurant locally.Don’t forget to bring a cork screw or as we did ask a lovely neighbour. Hopefully heating is working for you. Do your homework before visiting as no welcome pack in the house that we could see»

«Stayed for one night with friends as a base to access the city. House was clean and smelt fresh on arrival. Plenty of room for a large group.»

«Started out disappointed as rented the ENTIRE property. This is not the case - you have shared kitchen with CCTV. Finished disappointed as accused of having child and making a racket. They forgot to check when we left and CCTV cameras - we weren’t even there. As for room - when we arrived heating was not going - they promptly got to fix issue. Room was lovely but hair on bed and floor - not ours! Location is very central- so good »

«First impressions Cromford Road a very dangerous and noisy road . Several health and safety issues.Scaffolding in the front and rear of property No keys to get out back of house. However on the whole the property met our needs. Lovely bedrooms kitchen ,bathrooms and sitting room . The games room was ideal for my grandchildren.»
