«We had the most amazing stay. The property is beautifully decorated outside as well as the inside. Will make the perfect stay with family or friends. Extra bonus is we were able to swim in the river using our own pontoon. Cant recommend enough!»

«A deceptively spacious accommodation which easily slept 9 adults. The kitchen was well stocked with the usual items and smoothly led onto the dining area and garden area. The living room and bedrooms were really tastefully decorated and again, spacious. Would I use this accommodation again? Yes, it met our needs, nicely located for a walking weekend and our host was very helpful in answering all our questions»

«The Beach Hut is in a great location - really close to the beach, and a short drive from Rye and Hastings. The Hut was in great condition - very clean and the comfortable. The resort has lots to do (we had a lot of fun playing bingo!). Great for a family holiday or short break.»

Rye is very historical and I learned more about the town on this visit. There is so much to see. Also the Rye Harbour nature reserve is also a big highlight.»

It is in need of some TLC, the decoration is old but that is shown in the photos and reflected in the price.
