«Too noisy»

«I stayed here because of other reviews. This is a Mom and Pop hotel. It is simple, but has all the necessities for a short stay. I stay in hotels nearly every weekend due to sports. This hotel was the cleanest I’ve been in for awhile. The bed was great and the towels were softer than any towels I’ve felt in a very long time. The staff was very kind and helpful. »

«My room was very clean, smelled great! Blackout curtains worked so well that I slept til nearly noon, and still thought it was dark out. I stayed on the second floor, interstate side - no noises noticed. I felt safe the whole stay. Staff were very nice and friendly. The shower could've been a bit warmer, but it wasn't cold and felt good after traveling. I've stayed in 3 and 4 star hotels that were nowhere near as comfy and accommodating- I'll definitely be back!»

«The hotel was under construction during my stay, which was not disclosed beforehand, and it also appears the property has recently changed names. Overall, the experience was subpar. The biggest issue was the elevators. They were unreliable, had signs instructing guests how to press buttons to avoid breaking them, and would vibrate aggressively at certain floors. Some floors couldn’t even be accessed by elevator and required using the stairs, which was inconvenient. The ice machine was only ...

«Room was clean, AC worked. Staff was unpleasant and breakfast was horrible. Out of syrup, no forks and the butter was spoiled and curdled. »

«There was hair left in the bottom of the shower, although everything else in the room appeared to be clean. There was no powdered creamer in the room for the coffee provided. When I went down for breakfast, it was plastic forks and paper plates. But there were also no cups out for coffee or tea. And there was no tea left out. It took an employee 10 minutes to locate and restock supplies. Breakfast options were highly limited.»

«The hotel was nice. I felt very safe and welcome. Everyone was quiet and we never had a problem with neighbors or noises. The room was not as clean as I would have hoped, with sticky pink spots on the counter (maybe from juice?) and hairs in the bathroom. Additionally, the flashing light on the fire alarm was on the ceiling and very bright and annoying. Kept myself, my husband and infant from sleeping well- I know the alarm is needed, but can we change how bright those lights are??also the bed ...

«The lobby area was very nice and we were greeted by the front desk staff immediately! She was wonderful and welcoming. She told us about all the amenities and sent us on our way. Our room was very nice and the beds were comfy. It was quiet and we all slept like a baby. I really enjoyed my stay and look forward to staying with Aloft hotels again!!! »
