«The property was clean although a bit tired. Quite a few fittings hanging off. Note there are 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet, not 3 bathrooms as advertised. Bedrooms functional but very cramped. The owner required a £300 deposit via bank transfer in order to release the keys on the day of check-in, and then didn't refund or communicate for a week after the the rental, despite me making numerous calls and messages. Refund came eventually, but communication was non existent.»

«We stayed for two nights for my sisters hen do, the cottage was exactly what we were looking for, clean, plenty of space and bathrooms, beautifully decorated and the hot tub was fabulous! Would highly recommend.»

«This was a beautiful house to stay in. Very homey, clean and spacious. The jacuzzi was a great touch. I would definitely book again but with others next time. It was a little pricey and big for me, husband and two under 2. I Would for sure recommend for 6-8 people. »

«The property has not been well maintained. There was a rear patio but clearly the garden had not been maintained this year. The property was marketed as a six person property but you had not provided bowels and teaspoons for six. You provided a dish washer but we could not use it as we needed things for next meal. The stairs were death trap and had to be used with care. We could not open the windows to let fresh air. Overall it was not up to the standard that we normally find»

«The property is in need of decoration, and maybe a new front door ? For the price, we expected a lot better. Don’t like the idea of a security camera pointing right at you in the back garden (and I don’t believe it has anything to do with security) Paying a fee for a deep clean ? The table in kitchen was tacky to the touch, with stains. Parts of cooker was greasy. Also importantly; the pics are NOT a true depiction of the size of the property. «We stayed over the Christmas period with all of the family and the house was just perfect. Sarah and Kim were there to greet us and made us feel very welcome. The house was decorated for Christmas and was absolutely spotless and very comfortable. The house had everything we needed, a formal room where we could all be together and also lots of cosy snugs. The grounds were also well kept and we enjoyed walking around the garden. Would highly recommend the house to anybody wishing to find somewhere ...

«Views are great over the square and the check in and communication process was easy. £100 bond was returned quickly and the flat is very secure and spacious. Kitchen is well stocked. Parking was free 6pm to 6am and is a 5-10 minute walk away at Argos and can be paid for remotely from 6am 8am which was £2. »
