«Comfortable and well-worn home. Needs a little love but most aspects are in good working order. Covered front porch. Plentiful street parking. Quiet neighborhood. Good living room setup for 3-4 people to watch TV together. Convenient keyless entry. Full kitchen. Extraordinarily comfy twin bed in the 3rd bedroom. Easy 15 minute walk to shops and restaurants. Best of all for summer visitors: air conditioning units downstairs and in all bedrooms.»

«We had a great stay! The location is amazing. So close to many hikes and waterfalls, and a few minutes from downtown Ithaca. The place was very clean, had a great shower, bed was comfortable (but a bit firm). We appreciated that toilet paper, toiletries, coffee/tea and other items were provided. I’d absolutely stay here again!»

«We stayed here with our whole family and had such a lovely time. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed to really enjoy our stay. We especially appreciated all the amenities, which were great and made everything easy and relaxing for the whole family. The house was clean, well cared for, and felt very welcoming. A great place for a family getaway»

«This home was very clean and comfortable with plenty of space. The updated kitchen had plenty of good utensils, dishes and cookware. The hot tub was in excellent shape. The wifi was very good.Keep in mind that this is a very old, refurbished home that has the expected quirks which add charm - tight bathrooms, some slightly sloping wood floors, steep stairs. We would definitely consider staying here if we visit Ithaca again!»

«Oh, wow! This was perfect for our group of 8 adults: a combination of botanist work trip and Girl Scout reunion. The house was very clean, beautifully decorated, and well supplied. Lots of privacy in a very convenient location. Would I book Sugar Cube again?? I already have for a family trip! You won't regret your stay here.»

«my family really enjoyed our stay at this property! each room was very clean and the beds comfortable, being so close to ithaca falls was an incredible added bonus as well, and our host was communicative and helpful. would definitely recommend and stay again »

«My family had a fabulous time at this property. The location was perfect and the home was very clean and spacious. There were a few minor quirks but the owner was very quick to respond to messages. These issues in no way impacted our stay. All in all, we would definitely stay at this home again!!»

«The house itself was cute and accommodating for our larger group. If your tall, you couldn't use the shower on the first floor, but we made do. The major unfortunate note, it smelled very strongly of stale cigarette smoke. It was extremely bad in the front first floor bedroom. Otherwise we had a good stay.»

«Great place to stay clean and comfy »

«This was a lovely property, very clean and comfortable. It is close to many points of interest and there is a nice walking path along the river.»
