I am rating this stay 1 star due to an unresolved vehicle damage issue involving the hotel’s valet service.
During my stay, my car was returned with damage to the front end. When I raised the concern, it was initially denied. The next day it appeared that someone attempted to buff or alter the damage without my knowledge or consent. The marks remain and will require professional repair.
The only resolution offered was a $65 valet credit, which does not reasonably address the cost of repair or the time and inconvenience involved. More importantly, the handling of the situation, lack of transparency, poor communication, and unauthorized work on my car, fell well below expectations.
Until the damage is properly addressed and resolved, I do not feel the stay met an acceptable standard of care.
