«The host is unresponsive. We arrived around 7pm at the guest house and it was pitch dark. None available to let us in. This was a total scam. Me and my wife knocked on door for close to 20 minutes and had to book another hotel for the night, even though we paid for this place in full. I am disappointed that a property like this exists on Expedia. Expedia refunded us due to this, but we had a terrible experience.I Do not recommend this property at all.»

«Every was clean, the only thing i didnt like was the check in process , you have to do a form on site and put a 75 dollars deposit for some reason none of my cards were working so i had to stand outside until i was able to send a transfer of the 75$ to the person in charge, so that was frustrating for me being standing there in front of the building with my luggage , so i texted the person once the person received the transfer via cashapp i got the code to go into the building and to my room»

«The people were rude and it was not clean or sanitary and I couldn't put flush toilet paper»

«This was the most terrible place I ever seen verie ghetto in the hood front door wide, open people could come in and go as they please, no security or surveillance.I had no key for my room.It was a shared space which they didn't say in the beginning run , when you see the name of this motel»

«It's a nice looking property from the outside but not in the best of neighbourhoods. The smoke detector on the 2nd floor didn't have a cover on it so not sure if it worked. I had to ring the owner up at 23.00 as I couldn't get the front door opened. You had to pull the handle as you entered the door code.»
