«The hotel was pretty clean. It was very expensive for one night, I paid $420. I chose this hotel because it had a hot tub for my kids and upon arrival the hot tub was down and under maintenance for an undetermined amount of time. I really wish this would’ve been disclosed to me prior to me paying this much for an overnight stay. I would’ve chosen a different /less expensive hotel. «Very disappointed in this stay. The staff was friendly. The bathroom is a fall hazard. The tub was not slip resistant, the bar was slick which would be of no help if you slip. The room next door had a barking dog that also was scratching the wall. Two phone calls to the front desk about the issue were ignored. Finally went and knocked on the door and no one answered the door so the dog kept barking. The breakfast served fried eggs. No place should ever serve mass fried eggs!!!!!!! Not ...

«Everything was beautiful high end new and just a lovely place to stay. The only concern was the roof top bar when chairs moved across the floor you could hear it in the room. However the high end bed, pillows, and linens along with a quiet a/c made falling asleep so much easier than many places we’ve stayed before. Thank you!»

«The staff is wonderful. If you need anything, they get it for you. The breakfast area is always kept clean while open. I hope the woman knows how much that is appreciated. I wanted hot tea around 9pm. The person at the counter got me fresh hot water.»
