God frokost, hyggelig betjening. Litt stort og upersonlig. Dårlig logistikk i matsalen ift. juice, hvor det var kun en (litt bortgjemt) stasjon for dette, så det ble mye kø. Kun begrensete perioder hvor barn kunne bade i bassenget, og ingen endring ift. dette selv i påsken.

Fint opphold, vennlig personale. Det som trakk ned var dårlig lukt på baderommet, og tett sluk i dusj. Tror lukten kom derifra, måtte slå av dusj ved innspping da det ellers rant utover fra kanten på dusjnisjen. Rom 5140. Likte heller ikke ordningen med at en måtte scanne qr kode for å få rengjort rommet.

Bra og flott hotell. Rommet var litt støvete, spesielt på gulvet. Ingen mulighet for å lage seg kaffi eller te på rommet, ingen kjøleskap. Måtte booke frokost på forhånd, noe som er utfordrende når du reiser med barn som våkner på ulike tidspunkt hver morgen. God frokost og kjekk betjening. Litt for langt å gå til selve sentrum der tivoli ligger.

Fint hotell, grei beliggenhet, dårlig frokost
Fint hotell med god beliggenhet i København. Kort gangvei inn til Tivoli og Strøget (shoppinggata). Frokosten var derimot terningkast 3. Ikke så godt utvalg, hvor vi savnet blant annet vanlig hvitost (var kun en illeluktende rar type), og andre matvarer. Var kun appelsinjuice til drikke, og eneste kaffevarianten er helt sort. Vant til litt mer spennende og variert utvalg når man er på hotellfrokost, så det ble litt skuffende. Hotellrommene var greie, med god seng og standard. Fine bad med god dusj. Tenkte å ta noen drinks i baren i 6.etg på hotellet, men det ble det ikke. Dette på bakgrunn av at en whiskey sour kostet 180 danske, som tilsvarte 285kr. Dette synes vi var helt forferdelig dyrt. Videre må man betale 40-50 danske kroner for å la baggasje stå i oppbevaringsrom (i forbindelse med innsjekk/utsjekk, når man ikke kan ha den på rom). Dette synes vi og var gjerrig av hotellet, og er noe vi er vant til er gratis (aldri opplevd å betale for denne tjenesten)

Good value spa hotel right in the center.
Positives: the hotel and staff were great. Beds were comfortable. Good variety of foods for breakfast. Ansvar restaurant served an amazing 7 course meal and accommodated us being 1 hour before it officially opened. The spa was lovely and not crowded at all. Negatives: the twin room was very small. While there was good soundproofing to outside the room there was no soundproofing in the bathroom. Breakfast ended a bit too early and when the hotel is full the breakfast area was too crowded with many queues. Other than that I would highly recommend the hotel.

Dumt at rooftop-bar var leid ut til privat arrangement slik at vi ikke fikk benyttet oss av det. Vasketraller sto i gangene hele dagen. Likte ikke at man måtte be om rom-vask, da man ofte glemte det og kom på det når man kom tilbake på hotellrommet. Ellers helt greit.

Lite imøtekommende personal, bilder av rooftoppbar samsvarer lite med det som finnes. Personalet gidder ikke ta inn puter og tørke over utemøblene ved regn. Spiste middag en dag bed hotellet der det ble rot med bestilling og maten som kom var delvis rå og smakløs.

A good choice!
Great breakfast, great spa, nice room only missing a fridge and coffee machine to be perfect - wish you could open a window aswell. Great bed. Front desk a bit arrogant (young dude with a smirk mansplaining to me is never charming). Location is ok - 5-15 min walk to many attractions. Had dinner in-house one night, very good food in the hotel restaurant. Often the elevators were so slow we took the stairs. But: Liked it a lot. We’ll be back!
