Weekend tur med venninner
Var på weekend tur med 2 venninner. Senga var god, men renholdet var bare ok. Håndklær ble byttet hver dag, men den generelle renheten på rommet var noe skuffende. Hadde også litt problemer med nøkkelkortene og resepsjonen ga noe skuffende service på den enden. Veldig god og sentral lokasjon, nærhet til både shopping, tivoli og restauranter.

Fikk rom i 1. etasje -problem med å få inn de kanaler som TV sa den hadde, bla Nrk 1 og Nrk 2. Det har ikke vært problem før,men har alltid bodd i 6.etasje. Dusjkabinettet er en utfordring, glassdørene er så store at et stort menneske kommer ikke inn i dusjen slik som de dørene fungerer

Wifi was absolutely terrible. Lost the internet all the time and had trouble logging in again. The bathroom needs a thorough cleaning. The breakfast was good, but the staff had problems filling up with food and drinks.

Absolutt verd pengene, veldig god frokost og sentralt ift. Tivoli, hovedbanegården og Rådhusplassen. Litt støy fra tog og veien forbi, men hadde rom i 6. etg. med liten terrasse så det var overkommelig. Fint rom!

Grei beliggenhet, men varme rom!
Mulig vi var litt uheldige, men ble litt skuffet. Rommet var utrolig varmt, ingen aircondition!? Det var godt og varmt ute og desto varmere inne! På badet var det noe hår (ikke bare et hårstrå, noe mer!) som lå igjen!? En badromsdør gikk ikke an å lukke! Rommets størrelse og form var helt OK. Beliggenheten er helt fin, bortsett fra noe støy fra togbanen.

It was pretty convenient to the airport. We met friends that came in from Sweden for the few hours we had before catching our connecting flight. We were able to walk to a really great restaurant. Everyone at the property seemed friendly. The location was a little generic, maybe? I was hoping it had some of the older historic buildings of Copenhagen closer.

Property is well situated, clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is excellent.

For us it was all about the location. 5 minute easy walk from central station and walkable to everything we wanted to see in Copenhagen as well lots of dining options. Add to that great friendly and helpful staff that gave us dining recommendations that we went to all of. What we didn’t like about the hotel was the small bathroom and shower, and that the room didn’t have a bar fridge. But we still recommend and would stay there again because of the staff and location were more important.

Good location but they didn't replace the toiletries and I ran out of toilet paper and shower gel over a 3 night stay.
