It was a nice building with lots of potential, however the service was severely lacking. Bad management covers mistakes by offering free things without having real solution. We spent 4 nights and had to complain about something every day.
Day 1: no clear explanation on elevator or any other facilities order lost in restaurant. Had to wait more than 1h. After complaining they explained they lost it and would redo. When it came it was not good at all. When complaining to reception they gave the meal for free.
Day 2: when trying to contact roomservice around 23h via the qr code, we constantly got server error. After half h of trying, we went down to check with reception. Apparently no room service after 11pm. Nobody explained.
Day 3: after requesting cleaning the night before (they dont do every day), we came home to a dirty room where chairs and shower were not cleaned and paper tissues were not refilled. After complaining, they promised they would do it the day after.
Day 4: again came home to a dirty room. Apparently there was miscommunication between reception and housekeeping over shifts. Had to wait more than 30min. But got cleaned in the end. Except for chairs and showers again!
Would not recommend if nothing changes. Worst 5 star hotel experience we had so far.
