«This rental home is located on a secluded road overlooking a nice countryside in Richmondville. The house is brand new with a large kitchen connecting the living room and dining with bedrooms on each side. The house is equipped with new appliances, three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms and a laundry room area that came in very useful. The owners are gracious and helpful and have done an amazing job in decorating and furnishing the house. I recommend this rental to anyone looking for a ...

«This was a great place to stay in our favorite corner of the Catskills. The house is really nicely styled, and is very spacious and comfortable - there were 6 of us and a dog and plenty of room for all. Sarah was a super responsive and helpful host. The kids loved the games room - a great thing to have on a rainy day. And you HAVE to try eightymain restaurant just down the road - one of the best we've ever eaten in!»

«Property is as pictured, spacious, and clean. Great location: 5 minutes to everything in Cooperstown, and 5 minutes in the opposite direction to grocery store, CVS, and gas. Note that Google maps shows that you have 'arrived' prior to getting to the street that the house is on(since the house is in a field on a hill). Would stay there again!»

«Chris's property is clean , comfortable and well lit. I felt completely safe going in and out of the property. It was an upscale rv to me, as I have often stayed in hotels. This property was very close to where I was digging for Herkimer crystals, so it was perfect. I enjoyed the Keurig coffee as well! Thanks for being a great host Chris!»

«The property was spacious for the family to stay. Easy to get around also. The inside contains so much history. It was nice seeing the craftsmanship that doesn’t exist any more and the Knick knacks from all over the world were very interesting to see. We had Adults which was great but there are quite a few breakables so I wouldn’t suggest for a family with small active kids. Great place thanks for sharing it with us.»

«We enjoyed the property so much. It was a wonderful spot to bring our dog. They have everything you need there! It was so close to the college track with everything so handy. The large jet tub was a perfect ending to a chilly day at the track. Hostess was so kind and communicative. Very pleased! If you’re considering this property - do it!»
