«I had a very pleasant stay in crystal room. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, quiet, and conveniently located, and I appreciated the overall environment and facilities. My stay went smoothly and I would gladly recommend the property to other travelers.»

«Bathroom was dirty upon arrival. There was a dirty towel on the floor in the bathroom, as if it was just used. There was hair in the shower and on the toilet and on the sink. I hope the property will make it right and refund me for my one night stay.»
