«Here is a honest opinion since we stayed there. Property owner will answer and accommodate visitors. It is located in a residential neighborhood so it seems like people dont like you parking in their spaces, and parking can be hard to find. The owner let us park in their driveway which was very nice . The place is very small but very clean. The best area is the backyard with fire pit. The furniture isnt very comfortable so dont expect to hang out, but they tried to make it like homey. They were ...

«Excellent host with an excellent home. Very clean, stylish and comfortable. We stayed here for UC Berkely student move in. Home is set in a stunning Berkeley Hills hillside location. Keep in mind, house is down a couple flights of stairs from parking area. We'll be back!»

«We enjoyed this Victorian home and appreciated that both BRs had king beds (at least they appeared that size to us). Appreciated the kitchen area and were able to use the stovetop and oven without issue. Parking wasn't difficult...we were consistently able to get a space close to the house. The outside patio was a bit disappointing...appeared a bit forgotten. Otherwise, all was good.»

«Overall the home itself was very nice. Very clean and comfortable. Great kitchen and bathrooms. Well stocked and good size for the 2 of us. Comfortable beds as well.
