«This was a very cozy house with room enough for 9 people or more to sleep comfortably. Not far from restaurants. Included is a Ping Pong table, darts and multiple games to play. Extra blankets, pillows and a roomy kitchen. Enjoyed taking off to explore the mountains and see the fall colors. Penny was a great and gracious host. »

«Loved the property, the location, and being able to sit out on the deck while the kids played in the backyard. It is a great place for kids with lots of swings, etc. We had a program/play/skits in the theater room and the elevated seating arrangement made it easy for everyone to watch. «This property has a great split layout for Multi generation or a couple of families. Spacious master w/on-suite, another parent bedroom and kids bunk room with a shared bathroom are all on the main floor. Upstairs is a nice loft area and a very large bedroom with a king bed and two singles. Our grandkids enjoyed the ping pong table and zip line outback. We made use of the grill on the back deck. Very comfortable for our family weekend which consisted of 6 adults and 5 children.»
