"My daughter and I had an incredible stay at this hotel! I travel a ton for both work and pleasure, and this was an amazing pick! Last time we were in NYC (stayed in Times Sq), my daughter (9) found the city very overwhelming so this time I was looking for a quieter neighborhood. I have stayed in 5 star hotels that have not made me as happy as this hotel. Why? The room and bed was very comfortable; the area is cute and walkable, but the secret gem is the staff, who went above and beyond to make us happy! Every single person was so helpful and kind. We explored lots of yummy food in Chinatown and enjoyed some cool kiddo places on Broadway (Museum of Ice Cream and Sloomoo Slime Institute - both amazing according to my daughter!). If you plan on spending all your time in Midtown, the distance may be an issue but if you are more into also exploring the Lower East Side/Tribeca/Soho etc, do not miss out on this gem!! "Vi hadde to rom, for en familie på 4. Fantastisk beliggenhet og praktisk hotell! Vi trivdes stort, og tok subway like ved hotellet flere ganger. Ellers gikk vi til de mest sentrale plassene. Vi spiste litt frokost på rommet og ellers spiste vi mat på restauranter i nærheten og der vi var på reise. Bemanningen og alle ansatte var svært hjelpsomme og hyggelige! De var morsomme med barna våre og skapte en hyggelig atmosfære! Treningsrommet var praktisk også! "
