Feriehjem i Comfort

«Mary is an awesome host. She responded quickly to all my questions. She understood us needing to leave a day early due a family death.»

«I’ve stayed in hundreds of STRs and this was by far the best. Will stay here as often as I can.»

«Spot was perfect for what we needed! We were visiting friends that were RV’ing at Camp Jellystone (less than 10 min drive from the house). I didn’t realize this property was a duplex, but we still felt adequately separated from the neighbor. Would definitely book this again!»

«Great accommodations, super comfortable and intimate. We would stay here again. A couple ideas for the host to consider. Light string outside washed into the house, illuminating the inside, through the stained glass window. Inside the TV has a “night light” at the bottom that also lit up the room. «The host was very responsive. The house was immaculate and very comfortable. The location was perfect for my event that i was attending. Our standard poodle Ivy loved the back yard. We loved the fact that heat was available as the nights were quite chilly. Sme of the available VRBO homes did not have heat available. I would highly recommend the Kinsleigh House to other potential guests.»

«It is a beautiful, spacious house; we spent a lot of time enjoying the garden, roasting marshmallows, and having a lovely evening.»

«This was a perfect space for a family of 11. It was clean, peaceful, and comfortable. The host was proactive and friendly. It was a quick drive to downtown Fredericksburg. There was enough space to lounge and come together. The scenery was great and very private.»
