«The vanity area is way too small for 2 or more people. The lighting is dim and it could use a small table and mirror near an outlet would be helpful. Otherwise it was a very good stay. Kudos to your breakfast staff. They go above and beyond to be helpful and very polite. Would definitely recommend.»

«The property had a horrible stench when you walked in the door, the elevator stunk and the room was so awful you felt like you couldn’t breathe.
In fact, we checked out within 10 minutes of checking in and had to find another hotel.
We have used Expedia in the past with positive results. This was a disaster. Expedia was no help. They gave us a $75 credit and we lost over $500 for a weekend. We will NEVER book with Expedia again. And NEVER stay at this hotel!»

«The staff was very nice, but there was no hairdryer and I got into the shower. There was no shampoo. Then there’s no telephone to call the front desk so I spent 20 minutes dripping wet trying to figure out the phone number because they’re so many third-party businesses online. I ended up calling a different hotel to get the right hotel’s phone number. And it was another 15 minutes or so before someone arrived with a bottle of shampoo and a blow dryer that looked as though it had been through a ...
