Poor. When I got to the hotel we were not greeted as we stood at the front desk. When someone finally did ask us if we were checking in, I was told to please tap my card. Since I had prepaid for the room I asked if it was for just a damage hold. The lady at the front desk said “you have to pay to stay here.” I told her I had prepaid and she said no I didn’t. I again said that I had while pulling up the receipt on my phone and she said that it told her to collect payment for the room and again said “you have to pay if you want to stay”.
I showed her my receipt and she called a man over who looked me up and then told her she should have check a different screen and he walked away.
Since she had just charged my card for the cost of the room at asked if it would be cancelled. The guy then stuck his head around the corner and said that he couldn’t do it out here and would have it done on the back end. It still has not been refunded. (1 week later)
The woman at then proceeded to write our room number on the key and hand them to us. Didn’t tell us which floor or even how to get to the elevators.
