It took almost 30 minutes for us to get our room. At check-in, we were told the room was not ready and were offered another room that was not comparable to what we had booked. After waiting for half an hour, we finally received the original room.
Unfortunately, the issues didn’t end there. While checking the room, I received an electric shock from one of the switches, which is a serious safety hazard. Additionally, the washroom sink faucet was loose, several drawer handles were missing, and a few others were broken.
This experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable, especially considering basic safety and maintenance standards. I would not expect this level of service or condition from a hotel.
