Location could honestly not be more perfect!! There are so many great restaurants and bars right on North High Street to check out with their own unique character & AMAZING food! Bakersfield is a personal favorite of ours for their delicious margaritas and the tacos are to die for.. and right down the block! Also must try Jeni's Ice Cream down the block as well, you will not be disappointed!!

This home offers 1 street parking parking for 1 vehicle only, if parking for additional cars are needed, we can offer the same street permit parking for $15 per additional vehicle per night!

The home is a townhome located entirely on the second floor so there is a flight of steps once you enter through the front door. The building has four townhomes total, each completely separate & private, but bear in mind they do share a wall for possible neighbor noise.. we have white noise machines & fans to help for light sleepers!



Our home is located right across the street from Goodale Park which is beyond beautiful to walk around



There is also a convenience store right around the corner which our guests love for quick snacks & groceries!



Please take note that the original hardwood floors and staircases may not be suitable for children as it is not child-friendly!



Bath tub in the bathroom may not be suitable for elderly
