«We really appreciated the open prairie setting, with views of the sunrises over the mountains to the east and sunsets over the mountains in the west. The western decor of the rooms is very well done, and the entire suite is comfortable. Both bedrooms are roomy, and the bathroom is nice and clean. Note that there is no dishwasher, although it wasn't a concern to us as we didn't really do any cooking except with the microwave, and it's easy to hand wash a few cups and plates. «This little place is super cute and SO easy to stay in. The light switches and drawers all included labels, so finding things was really simple. Lots of really cool pine countertops, tables and shelves (if you appreciate quality woodwork). The location was quiet and pastoral, but only a few miles from Cortez and its assortment of restaurants. If I ever head to Mesa Verde again - which I may - this will be my first choice.»
