The best part was the service and the various musicians the hotel invited to play in the lobby. The breakfast buffet was wonderful as well. I would re moment this place to any type of traveler. «My stay at Haven hotel in Medelin was fantastic. All the staff was friendly and spoke English, for me that can't speak Spanish this is perfect. The room was clean, spacious and a big nice bathroom compared to other hotels. If you need a hotel in this earea of Medelin this should be you first choice. All nice bars and restaurants are in walking distance. Right across the street is a fantastic restaurant called Carmen. »

«The room was very worn out in general. Floor and furniture looked like they have seen better days. Even though there is a kitchen, which was one of the reasons we chose to stay here, you have to give a $50 deposit to get to use the kitchen utensils, and if anything breaks, it will be taken from this. And it was pretty basic what you got, so not much real cooking happening! The bed was uneven, not comfortable, and pillows are hard. Have to say, that everything was very clean!»

«I was at your apartments for 3 weeks on which we received an excellent service from the cleaning/ food/tecnical/transportation/bar/ front desk staff. We were very impressed by the clean and professional uniforms they were wearing all the time. "Older hotel in need of renovation, very hard beds and room with no ventilation. Only a small window to let fresh air in and since the sun had been shining into the room before I arrived the room was extremely hot. Good but overpriced food on the restaurant close to the lobby. On the plus’s side good shower with good water pressure and plenty of hot water 👍"
