«Very nice place to stay when visiting northeastern Alabama. Central to a lot of great nature sites and hikes. The trailer is near a couple of other trailers but was private and quiet when we stayed. All appliances worked great. Hot water was hot and lasted. The WiFi could be a little hit and miss at times but it definitely worked most of the time when we visited. We would definitely stay here again.»

«Great place to stay near Noccalula Falls. The property is located on a private members only club. Staying here gives you access to the restaurant as well. I highly recommend going to the restaurant to grab a bite to eat or a drink and watch the sunset. A few suggestions for the Barndo would be to put window coverings on the windows. It was a little weird walking around in the evening not being able to “close the shades.” Also, basic bathroom amenities such as body wash, shampoo, conditioner ...

«There was lots of extra things, coffee filters, dish soap, paper towels. There were a few spiders and webs on the screen porch. Need a few more dinner chairs . But everything else was great.»

«Finding the location of the residence was very difficult. But once there the residence was very clean and was well equipped. We did find 2 large black bugs and a spider inside the residence and a large dead field rat in the driveway.»

«Clean. But some issues. Ac wouldn't cool the section of the trailer down at all. No plug for the tub and needs some repairs inside but nothing the owners can't fix easily. Good size parking for truck and boat. Overall decent little place.»

«Granddaughter & Grandmother get-a-way. We had an amazing fun filled stay. So many activities even a 9 years old stayed busy … and our tiny home fox cottage ( thats what we named it ) was really nice. It had everything we needed except a can opener. One lunch was planned as chicken salad sandwiches & soup … so we skipped the soup, no biggie but maybe should add one to each room. Beds we comfortable & bedding was nice, soft and fresh smelling. Oh how she LOVED the loft area. Everything was new ...

«You're going to ask yourself. Why am I staying in the valley Head area? It is the perfect distance to Mentone, Rising Fawn, The Little River, and even lake guntersville. Your host is providing you with a rustic cabin that is almost brand new. Very clean and has great amenities, all15 minutes from downtown mentone.
