Housekeeping was a joke. All they did was pull the covers up - didn't even fluff the pillows. A 4 year old could do a better job. I dropped a bar of soap in the shower and was unable to bend over to pick it up. Housekeeping left it there for two days! They couldn't be bothered to throw out an empty water bottle or wrapper on the desk. The bed was so squeaky, everytime one of us rolled over it would squeak. This is a no smoking facility yet every hallway smelled like pot. The room next door was smoking so much pot, it leaked into our room. The hallways and elevator smelled like pot. That same room had music blasting until well after midnight, and started with the loud music every morning at 5:45.
The sprinkler in the shower was rusty, as was the pipe around the shower floor. There were cracks in the furniture, and huge spots all over where the drywall was patched but never painted. Breakfast was lackluster. Oat bran muffins, waffles, cold sausage and overcooked scrambled eggs, Bagels, toast, sweet cereal. Nothing healthy. They kept running out of coffee. Same breakfast every day - no variety. There was only one wafflemaker and it was quite a wait to be able to make one.
The restroom near the lobby, had a full length mirror so that when you used the facility, you could see yourself. Creepy - who wants to see themselves use the facility?
We will never stay at this hotel again. This was our first experience with this chain...and our last. Very disappointed
