«Hôtel très agréable ,super terrasse pour petit dej et dîner ,vue sur le lac . Le personnel est au top( sourire,accueil,conseil ) . L’hôtel est à proximité de Bellagio . Un bus vous y a amené en 20 mn car difficile de trouver des places dispo à Bellagio. Le restaurant est très à abordable en prix et très bons . »

«das Haus ist eigentlich recht hübsch, aber es war wenig liebevoll eingerichtet. Ein bißchen mehr Deko, Sitzkissen für die (schon durchgesessenen) Rattan-Stühle auf dem Balkon, eine Küchenausstattung, in der man sich wenigstens auch mal einen Kaffee machen könnte hätten schon viel geholfen. Die Wegbeschreibung war ok, aber es war schwierig, das richtige Appartment zu finden. Das könnte noch verbessert werden.»

«I have to say that the pictures form the hotel was better then "real life". The apartment was clean and big for the four of us. But we got a apartment without a view and wtihout a terasse. The pool was cold and not cleaned, so we couldn´t use that one. The price was good, you get what you pay for, nothing more.»

Thank you for making our stay fantastic
"A magnificent stay from start to end. Just fantastic, friendly staff, serviceminded, great rooms, pool and spa. We will be back! If we are to point out areas of improvement, dinner at the hotel was not that great (we had duck which was not that well done), and the bar area feels a bit naked (acoustic & naked walls). But this is minor areas to fix, all in all a 10 out of 10👍"
