«This place was disgusting. There were ants in the kitchen and the bathroom. Looked like it had not been deep cleaned in years. I went to use a washcloth and when I squeezed the water out of it the water I squeezed out was brown . The bed pillows were dirty and disgusting I could not use them. There was was no A/C in the bedroom.The lighting was awful. Spiders in multiple places.Broken tile soap/shampoo shelf broken and jagged, someone could cut themselves on it. Shower floor is slippery. «This tiny home was so cute! Our two kids slept on the air mattress downstairs, and my husband and I had plenty of space in the loft. The bed was comfortable. The stairs to the loft are very steep, so would not be a good choice if you have limited mobility on stairs. The small kitchen had everything we needed. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and a short walk to the downtown, which was full of cute shops and restaurants. This was a great home base for exploring Gold Country. We really enjoyed ...

«Cottage with character. Beds were comfortable & great location for an overnight before our whitewater rafting. AC in the living room was nice and strong. When we turned on the bedroom AC, bugs flew out all over the bed. Unable to open the window due to the lack of screens. Needs power washing to clean the bugs and spiderwebs. Communication was very fast with the Host.»

«This is a quaint, small space but efficient enough for two people to stay several days. Great communication with the owner off the beaten path, was quiet and the AC worked great. Not far from downtown Grass Valley. Would recommend for a couples getaway if wanting peace and quiet.»
