«Jonathan's home was as promised. The home was clean and inviting. Everything you would need for a short or extended stay was provided. The Frederick's Special Coffee beans was a welcomed extra! We'll definitely stay here if we're ever in Mt. Pleasant again.»

«Our family loved this space. We were there for our Father’s funeral. The kids loved the upstairs space. Clean and tidy, everything we needed in the kitchen. Only downside are the doors in the rooms that share the patio did not close tightly and cold air was flowing into the rooms and they were quite cold. However, we will return. We have family in the area. Thank youThe Bell Family»

«Five stars mainly because the price was appropriate for the property. Its not luxurious and a washer and dryer would have been nice, but it was perfect for what I needed. One guy, one car, one bedroom. Its walking distance to the river park, places to eat, and a market. Instructions were perfect and it was comfortable. A pull out bed would be nice for guests but I didn't have any.»

«Stayed here for one night, due to having to be somewhere early the next morning. The place was nice and comfortable, easy check in, good commutation with the host.»

«Wish we could have spent more time at the property. Needed a place to sleep while in the area for events. Perfect fit for us.»

«The house was huge and checked all the boxes for exactly what we needed. We were in town for a concert and our uber ride was less than 10 minutes to soaring eagle. House had all the amenities needed, check-in and check-out was super smooth. Will stay again while in town.»

«My whole group enjoyed staying due to perfect place to rejuvinate and enjoy being just together and loving the vibe of the place. And will surely comeback to enjoy a cozy vacation.»

«Great place to stay for a girls concert trip at soaring eagle!»

«The house was very clean, and spacious. We appreciated the ping pong table, the arcade machine and especially the massage chair! We would definitely stay again at this location.»

«Our stay at Schambra House was absolutely perfect! We came to Midland to enjoy the mid-century architecture and had the opportunity to immerse ourselves in it during our stay. The home has been carefully preserved by Matt and Julie and they did a fantastic job. Phenomenal hosts and an awesome property!»

«Nice place to stay. Clean, comfortable, well stocked.»

«The property is better than advertised. We’re big fans of Mid Century Modern home design, and the home is furnished to match. Julie and Matt got in touch with us before we arrived, and asked if there was anything special we needed. I explained that sometimes I need to sleep sitting up (old age ), and that i was checking into renting a lounger type chair for the 5 weeks we would be there. They told me to hold off and they would see if they could find a used one to buy for our visit. The next ...

«Great property. Exactly what we needed. Thank you.»
