«Had a lovely one night stay in the beautifully decorated and accessorised accommodation. Bed very comfortable, every comfort you could wish for provided. Peaceful, provided breakfast in patio garden when we saw a deer slowly walk through front garden. What a treat! Recommended!»

«The cottage was comfortable and well equipped. We were met by the owner, Mark, on arrival, who was very welcoming. He provided lots of local information, including walks and pubs marked on an OS map. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. There are several properties here, but all wirh separate entrances and outside seatinf areas so they feel private. It was a great base for a few days in the Suffolk countryside. »

«Wonderfully rustic property in a brilliant location. Hosts were gracious and welcoming and made sure we were settled. Local White Horse pub (minutes away, walkable if you're feeling energetic) is a must for their housemade pizza and in-house brewery. Great weekend getaway ... highly recommended.»

«Just a short drive from Saffron Walden, the cottage is ideally situated for exploring Cambridge, Saffron Walden and Audley End House. A really quiet location and very comfortable stay.»

«Nice place to stay for our short break with outside seating area at the rear which was welcome as it was very hot weather and it was far too hot in the house with no air conditioning or fan provided. We had taken a fan with us ourselves which we needed on both floors if the house. Lots of wasps/insects entering the house due to the weather. Can accommodate babies and pets too. Well equipped apart from no hairdryer. House looked a different colour (darker) from the website, so difficult to find. »

«Very nice quaint cottage everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bed very comfy. The only downside for me was the very steep narrow stairs but were manageable. The owner was very nice and helpful lovely breakfast basket left in the kitchen with bacon eggs tomatoes bread butter and milk. A fire made in the grate just needed lighting. I had a very pleasant stay would definitely stay there again.»
