«Everything was as listed….the log burner was an added feature which we were happy to use on rainy days. The location was really goid… Colchester close and historically very interesting. North of the city was Constable country… nice walks and interesting info on the artists. South we enjoyed Tiptree museum, and the Salt marshes for walking and photography. «A lovely cottage in a beautiful setting. Christina was a a welcoming and brilliant host and it’s clear that a lot of care and attention has gone into the cottage which has everything you’d need but more than that has some great touches to make it extra special. The village is quiet and peaceful with lovely walks and pubs nearby and is situated in an ideal place for visiting lots of sights and experiences of Suffolk. All-in-all, we couldn’t recommend Potts Cottage enough. We’ll certainly be back! ...

«Very nice quaint cottage everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bed very comfy. The only downside for me was the very steep narrow stairs but were manageable. The owner was very nice and helpful lovely breakfast basket left in the kitchen with bacon eggs tomatoes bread butter and milk. A fire made in the grate just needed lighting. I had a very pleasant stay would definitely stay there again.»
