«Excellent host! Let them know we would be arriving late-had a small issue with the pin entry(user error!) and they were immediately able to assist! Apartment was extremely clean and cozy. Beds were very comfortable and place was set up with everything we needed for our quick stay. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Hoping to stay at this place again during upcoming multi day stay for upcoming surgery at St Peter’s Hospital in January-Thank you for the hospitality!»

«PROCEED WITH CAUTION! Neighborhood is not safe and the property's renovations need to be completed from a safety and privacy perspective. I did not feel comfortable staying there. So much so upon check-in I decided to leave and found other accommodations elsewhere. Had I known the issues prior, I would never have booked the property. I'm very disappointed that when I asked the host if the area was safe, I was told it was. So I booked. The check-in instructions include a long security paragraph ...

«We had a wonderful stay at this property and will rent again when in the area. The owners were very responsive and great to work with. The apt was beautiful and immaculate. We enjoyed our stay very much. The only area that was perfect was the outside stairs to the front door— uneven, steep, etc. We had older guest with us and this was concerning. But we managed.
