«This was our first time in Colonial Beach and we really enjoyed it. Definitely recommend renting a golf cart to get around town. The house is beautiful and in a great location close to everything. The homeowner was also great to work with and we’ll definitely be back soon!»

«This cottage was right on the main road in Colonial Beach. It was very clean and comfortable and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. The outdoor area was relaxing and had a fire pit and grill. The location was close to everything in town. You could walk to the beach and many stores and restaurants. We love the area and hope to return soon!»

«This property was lovely and very well stocked with all of the necessities! The bedrooms were nice with comfy beds the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking including for the crab boil! Catching the crabs and fishing off the dock was a big hit with the boys! The paddle boat and kayaks were fun and enjoyable! We will look them up on our next trip to the area! Perfect stay!!! «Wonderful view from the livingroom & the master bedroom. Clean house with hardwood floors. Great time for kids crabbing & a great place to fish -- one slot red, a few puppy drums, croakers, and even a couple of cownose rays that gave maybe the best fight I've had fishing! «I was looking for a nice, quiet, and relaxing, vacation. This property did not disappoint. The house was comfortable, cozy, well stocked, and so clean. The view is incredible. Just sitting outside watching the river was so "Zen". I had one of the most restful vacations ever. I was there for a little over two weeks and I would have stayed longer if I could have, Kim, the host, was very friendly and helpful. I look forward to staying at this beautiful property again.»

«Overall very nice, clean, etc. Happy with it. Getting picky, they have everything you need for coffee but no coffee. Chairs seemed kind of cheap, didn't fit the rest of the nice furniture. Beds were Very comfortable.Nice porch and deck.»

«We had a wonderful time. My husband spent the days crabbing from the pier, my brother fishing from the pier. We all went out kayaking. Beautiful sunsets. Enjoyed a crazy night of ping pong, playing cards and online Jackbox games. Plenty of space and loved the large kitchen and bathroom for every bedroom. None of us wanted to leave.»
