«We are a group of tennis friends who come to the desert each year for the BNP Paribas Open. This house was our best yet! Convenient to the Indian Wells Tennis Garden (about a 15 minute drive), it had tons of space for us to hang out together, both inside and out, with each of us having our own private space to retreat to at the end of the evening. «We stayed for three days during Christmas. The home was ready when we arrived and was exactly as pictured on the VRBO website. We paid for the spa to be heated each day which my family used several times during our stay. The home was very clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. There were plenty of pool towels but wished there were a couple extra bath towels - we had one per person for those rooms with one bed. We had a great time!»

«The house itself was great and backyard was lovely. Everything was clean and comfortable. We were 8 women and it accommodated us well. I was not happy about the neighborhood. It was a bit low end. On one morning walk myself and my cousin were approached by a man who appeared to be drunk on the street right outside the complex. The Neighbor next door was playing the drums until 3am one night. The host was great though and very responsive. »

«Pool was refreshing, kids and adults enjoyed it. Covered patio dining table with ample seating for all our guests. Bar B Q worked like a charm. All outdoor games and indoor game room helped with keeping all entertained. Only issue we found was that AC unit in the game room was leaking condensate onto the cement floor, making it slippery. We placed an aluminum catch pan and had to empty it out every so often to keep it from over filling. Will definitely stay here again. House is nicely setup ...

«Photos of the place look a LOT nicer than actual in person. It is a little run-down and the pool doesn’t look as big and clean as the photos. Description is also inaccurate. Listing says fits 16ppl, but we only counted 12 bed spots. Upon asking the host, she said there were air mattresses (there were not). There were paddings / cushions, but no bed sheet covers and only 2 spare blankets (which is not enough). Listing also says 2 bathrooms, fortunately there are 3. But we had turned people down ...
