«Extremely spacious and well equipped with one exception, given the unusually warm weather—no AC, some fans, and no screens on windows that do open. The garden has a knockout location right on the river and some rooms also have this gorgeous view, including the huge bathroom with freestanding tub. There are however a lot of stairs. Kitchen is on lowest floor. Entry and dining and parlor are on street level, and there is no bathroom on that floor. So it’s a trek from kitchen to loo. The top floor ...

«The property was not a 'cottage' as advertised but a top floor apartment. The property is a detached building split into 2 apartments. Tanglewood is the top apartment and Treetops is the bottom apartment. Tanglewood was a lovely, spacious and clean apartment with everything provided. I had trouble with the key box on arrival but the owner came out immediately to help me and then showed me around the apartment. Plenty of parking on the road outside.»

«The overall aspect of the property was misleading, the property wasn't of a standard that I would expect from a Vrbo property or any rental property, the cleanliness was far from acceptable, massive cobwebs in a few rooms, stains on carpets, rugs that we really a bad trip hazards, the one at the top of the stairs which we moved, sofa bed not fit for purpose, stains on bedding, dishwasher didn't clean properly, no welcome pack, lights in the small bedroom wasn't working, mold and grime build up ...

"The hotel is located very close to beach and pier. They offered parking for a fee, that was a big plus for us. Our room was situated on the second floor. No lift available, but we were offered help with our luggage. The room was big enough for us two with our luggage. Comfy bed. Decent sized bathroom with a good shower. The breakfast was good with a tasteful full english breakfast available."
