«The room was very dusty, there were dirty socks behind the bedside cabinet, the vinyl on the headboard was peeling off. The shower door frames were filthy, the shower mat was disgusting, there wasn't a plug in the handbasin. The door to the en-suite bathroom looked as if it had been kicked in as the handle/lock area was smashed with large splinters of rough wood sticking out so it couldn't close properly or lock. There are no USB charging points in the room!! this is most unusual these ...

Anmeldelser av populære hoteller i Clwyd

Craigside Manor

Craigside Manor

10/10 Utmerket
"Really nice hotel and location. Enjoyed the view over Llandudno as the sun was setting. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Beds were comfy and room clean. Only fault I could see is that the silicone in the bathroom had been applied with a shovel and made it look a bit scruffy…and a wobbly toilet seat…but small, easily fixed problems. Room 20."
