«Unit was clean and host was easy to reach when communication was needed. We enjoyed coffee breaks on the balcony while soaking in the view. Location was perfect for walks on the beach or walks on the strip. We enjoyed beach chairs and toys that were left for use. »

«This place is truly a gem! Excellent location, just steps to the beach. The place was very clean, well appointed and furnished to provide a cozy feel. Parking was easy, and safe - just steps away from the entry door. The host was welcoming, and very communicative despite our stay landing on a holiday. The highlight of our stay was being able to see the amazing sunset from the balconies. Will definitely stay here again. »

Great location in my favorite town IRB!Super comfy beds, updated bathroom with great waterfall shower head and everything basic that you need.Generously stocked with beach chairs, towels and a few extra amenities! «The property is central to all IRB has to offer. The house was clean with many amenities (you could cook a full meal if you wanted). A/C worked great (though the temp didn’t get above 85 while we were there). Very comfortable bed and couch.
This house has access to a washer and dryer; however, it is shared with two other “houses”. The other folks were using it for most of our time so we didn’t actually get to use it.
Only concern was on most windows, the blinds do not cover all of the window, ...
