«For $600.00 a night I expect my room to be cleaned. We had to ask for towels when they had not cleaned by 5pm. The oceon view was sideways over trees and commercial tanks etc. The rain was not wiped off the deck and chairs to even use the deck. There is a very steep set of stairs to go to the room which made it impossible for us to bring our luggage up. To walk out of the resort you have to be able to climb an extremely steep driveway. We would not recommend this hotel and felt ripped off.»

«This property is stellar in so many ways. It is convenient to everything in Tofino, right on the water and next door to the deelish Savory Island Pie Company. We have a medium size dog; allowing pets and being on the lower level was a key factor for us. The hosts were very responsive if needed. Parking right in front of our room was a huge plus. We will recommend this to others and will stay there again in a heartbeat if we go back to Tofino.»

«We had issues with two plugs, one being by the bed that didn’t work and the other plug was by the kitchen table which the plug plug-in cord cords fell out, and there was only one outlet that that worked. The kitchen chairs were very flimsy and unsafe as they rocked a lot, and you felt like you were gonna fall backwards. Lighting was very poor in the kitchen area, especially at night when you’re trying to cook and wash dishes and one lightbulb was burnt out. We enjoyed your lovely linen towels ...
