«Great location, nice staff. Room was clean, good size, bed comfortable and great view. Bathroom door didn’t close, drape rod fell down and no fridge. Cooler was ok and the Maq offered ice. No elevator so if stairs are an issue beware.»

«A great beachside location is the main feature of this hotel. Our room as clean and had a good view of the beach although obscured by trees and another of the building which was a little disappointing. Staff weren’t really too bothered when we spoke to them, only offering a penthouse for our second night at a higher fee. My husband enjoyed his dinner but mine was disappointing for the price paid. The beach bistro is nice for drinks and snacks with lovely firepits and comfortable chairs ...

«The 1 bedroom suite was perfect in that it was well stocked in the kitchen, offered everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The bathroom was very modern, clean and luxurious. A couple of things to note. The tv screens were not well placed; could not watch TV without straining your neck as the TV sets were mounted very high. The lighting in the kitchen was also very dark. We expected to be able to walk to restaurants or grocery stores. Everything was 15 mins walk or a short 3 mins ...

«We were really amazed on how big the unit was. It has 2 beds below and 2 beds on the loft that was good for the 4 of us. We had a very comfortable stay in the hktel and we'll come back again. Also, the staff were very nice and friendly especially the guy who checked us in on the 26th of May. I think his name was Paulo.»

«It was well located in Ucluelet. Staff (checked us in, got us some dishes, changed the flowers that were in the room, fresh towels each day, good restaurant recommendations) was excellent. Bathroom was well equipped (but we couldn’t get hair dryer to work). Nice to have coffee in the morning (electrical cord could have been longer to make it easier to fill coffee reservoir). Also nice to have a fridge with a small freezer. Beds were comfortable. Would definitely come again.»
